List of Support Code for Error (Paper Jams)

If paper jams, remove it following the appropriate procedure as shown below.

• If you can see the jammed paper at the paper output slot or the rear tray:

  • 1300
  • Watch the movie (If you can see the jammed paper at the paper output slot)
  • Watch the movie (If you can see the jammed paper at the rear tray)

• If you cannot see the jammed paper at the paper output slot or the rear tray:

  • Paper Is Jammed inside Printer
  • Watch the movie (When you remove the jammed paper from inside of the scanning unit / cover)
  • Watch the movie (When you remove the jammed paper from the bottom side of the printer)
